• When you visit YTpals, click on the “Login/Register” link in the top header menu.
• You are then required to log into your Google (YouTube) account. Once you log into your account, simply accept the app permissions and you will be directed to your member’s portal.

Please note: we do not obtain your login information or have any access to your YouTube account whatsoever. Your account can safely use YTpals without any worry of YTpals or another party obtaining access.

When you are in the member’s portal, you are presented with 4 YTpals plans, which include Basic, Starter (Most Popular), Enterprise and Celebrity. Depending on your specific needs and requirements, you may decide to go with a Free plan or for a small monthly fee, go with a paid plan such as the Enterprise or Celebrity plan.

NO! We do not obtain any of your YouTube/Google login information and we only store your channel name, channel URL and email address inside our database so the network can properly deliver subscribers to you. Nothing more!

When you click the “Activate” button, you will be redirected to a page where you need to subscribe to 10 other channels and like 10 videos. After you click the green “Activate” button, please carefully follow the on-screen instructions to successfully activate the plan.

If you experience any problems trying to like and/or subscribe to a channel, click the yellow “Skip” button to display a new channel. When you have successfully subscribed to 10 channels and liked 10 videos, the Basic plan will be activated and you will receive 5 subscribers within the 24 hour activation period.

This new system is very efficient and will deliver all 5 subscribers back to you before the 24-hour mark, before you can re-activate the button, but keep in mind that some people may unsubscribe from you, causing you to receive about 3-5 subscribers during each activation. Those who unsubscribe from other users obtained through YTpals are automatically banned.

The Basic Plan has 2 main limitations, which is that you are only allowed to use it one time every 24 hours and you must log into YTpals every time to re-activate your plan. This means, after you press the “Activate” button, you will not be able to press the “Activate” button again for exactly another 24 hours. When the 24 hour period is over and you are allowed to press the “Activate” button again, you will receive an automatic Email notification to remind you if you opted in to receive this.

Those who unsubscribe from other users obtained through YTpals are automatically banned.

This Starter Plan has two main differences from the Basic Plan. The first difference is that you are able to activate it and receive 10 subscribers every 12 hours instead of every 24 hours. The second difference is that instead of subscribing to 10 other channels, you have to subscribe to 20. Subscribing back to 20 other channels is the primary reason this plan is allowed to be activated every 12 hours.

If you are having difficulties subscribing to a channel for any reason, simply press the yellow “Skip” button to load a new channel. Once the new channel is loaded, you can try to subscribe to that and it should work.

If it does not work, press the “Login” link at the top of the page to re-login and then you should be able to resume where you left off. This will refresh the page.

Cancelling your free plan is easy. Simply do not log into YTpals and use our services and you will no longer receive or send any new subscribers. Please keep in mind that the channels you had subscribed to during the usage with YTpals must remain on your account to be fair to the other users.

The Enterprise, Elite and Celebrity plans are very popular for a variety of reasons.

When you subscribe to the Enterprise, Elite or Celebrity plan, you automatically receive 10-15 subscribers (Enterprise), 20-30 subscribers (Elite), or 40-60 subscribers (Celebrity) every single day, 100% automatically. Some users will unsubscribe though, leaving you with approximately 70-80% of the subscribers after each activation.

Unlike the Free Plans, the paid plans are 100% automatic, meaning once you sign-up for it, you never have to come back to YTpals again. We will automatically give you new subscribers every single day so your account grows at a safe and steady pace, effortlessly!

If you successfully purchased the Enterprise, Elite or Celebrity plan, but your subscription is not active, please contact us and send us a screenshot of the transaction or receipt page and your channel URL, which will provide us with all of the information we need to help you.

When you purchase the Enterprise, Elite or Celebrity plan, your channel gets entered into the network within a few hours and then remains inside of it for 24 hours, which is the start of your first day. During that 24 hour period, you will receive your day’s quota of subscribers and then the cycle repeats again the next day. Keep in mind, the subscribers do not come instantly, but are all delivered within the 24 hour period, each day. If you do not receive any subscribers within 48 hours, please send us a message and we will look into it.

To answer this question, there are a few factors to consider. Here is what you need to know:

When you use the YTpals service, statistics shows that approximately 70-80% of the subscribers you receive each day remain on your account. With that being said, we often deliver extras to help compensate for the losses.

The reason they do not all remain on your account is because some people do not follow the rules and unsubscribe, but are banned and/or penalized for this and YouTube also automatically deletes some subscribers.

Furthermore, YouTube’s latest algorithms often delete a portion of the subscribers that are delivered. To decrease the amount YouTube deletes, you should focus on putting out new videos and increasing the views and likes on your videos. If you have more subscribers than views, it doesn’t make logical sense for that to happen, so YouTube will be more inclined to delete more subscribers.

If you purchase a subscription plan and are not happy with the service, please contact us within 3 days of your subscription payment date and we will fully refund and cancel your subscription. If you contact us more than 3 days after your subscription payment was made and request a refund, our team will review your account and if it’s due to an error on our end, we will fully refund your order, or will refund the prorated amount of unused days in the month, or not refund anything if it is 7+ days after you had subscribed to our service.

When you purchase an Enterprise, Elite or Celebrity subscription, you will automatically be billed on the same day of each month. If at some point you no longer need your YTpals subscription, simply send us a message via our Contact Us page and we will set your account to expire at the end of your current month’s subscription.

If for example, you subscribed on the 23rd of the month, but write us about cancelling your account on the 10th of the next month, we will set your account to cancel 13 days later, at the end of your current month’s subscription. If you were to prefer immediate cancellation, simply let us know and we can do that for you as well.

You are not obligated to remain subscribed for any period of time, but you will need to write us when you are ready to cancel. We will then handle it and send you a confirmation message.

You can activate a paid plan using our onsite payment option and cancel your plan at any time. Simply email us after you’ve signed up for a paid plan and we will set your account to end after the one month period and you will not be billed again.
